has brought to my attention that the first 2 plushies that I have posted to my gallery are made using techniques similar to those by John Murphy. She sent me a link to his website (which is absolutely wonderful by the way, thank you [link] ). I did not come up with the techniques for making these plushies on my own, my boyfriend showed me how to make them and I've been making these guys for a few months now not knowing that the instructions were coming from another source. The deviation comments have been edited to reflect that the techniques used to make them were developed by somebody else. I also wanted to thank peachymanaangel [link] for bringing this to my attention in a friendly manner.

Hello everyone!

Just thought I would give you a short introduction since CraftWerks is new to DA.

CraftWerks has been operating for several years making and selling hand made goods at fairs, bizarres, festivals and craftshows etc. and we are now taking the leap and getting online! I knew that DA would be the perfect place to start because it's such a great online community.

Some of the things you can look forward to seeing in the CraftWerks gallery are: plushies, pillows, jewellery, crochet accessories....
